Compliance Team Leader

Your new role

  • Knowledge and understanding of FCA regulations and how they apply to Retail firms
  • Ability to build relationships across the Group
  • Attention to detail ensuring accurate data reporting and an alignment to brand guidelines
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
  • Ability to provide guidance, support and feedback to the business areas

What you'll be doing

  • Support the Regulatory Compliance function with ensuring the effectiveness of the compliance monitoring framework and drive compliant behaviour
  • Creation of compliance management information for use with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring the Compliance assurance monitoring schedule is fulfilled
  • Line Management responsibility for Compliance Assurance team
  • Responsible for supporting the Group with regulatory changes
  • Provide assurance to the Group that the Group is meeting its regulatory requirements
  • Deliver enhancements to current compliance procedures
  • Support the fulfilment of Subject access requests across the Group
  • Ensure that the Group delivers good customer outcomes to its customers
  • Compliance assurance call monitoring
