Your new role
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Finance Systems Accounts Analyst to join our Finance team in Doncaster.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the Management Accounts function through systems-based analysis, data reconciliation, and process improvement. You’ll work with large datasets, manage finance system mappings, and help ensure that our financial operations run smoothly and accurately.

What you'll be doing
As a Finance Systems Accounts Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
Building strong relationships with third parties and internal teams to support Management Accounts activities
Handling large and complex data sets to support reconciliation work and ensure data integrity
Presenting financial data in a meaningful, decision-focused format
Assisting with ad hoc projects and tasks as part of the wider Management Accounts team
Identifying opportunities to streamline, improve and automate finance processes
Supporting audit preparation by gathering and uploading relevant documentation
Managing and maintaining master data used in management accounts
Maintaining user role profiles for the General Ledger system
Managing cost and expense code mappings in finance systems to support GNFR (Goods Not For Resale) reporting
The role is for you if...
You have a solid understanding of financial control and reconciliation practices
You’re comfortable working with detailed processes while staying focused on broader business goals
You’re highly skilled in Excel and capable of automating tasks or building macros to increase efficiency
You’re self-motivated, well-organised, and confident working to deadlines
You’re qualified or working towards a CIMA or ACCA qualification
You’re experienced with Microsoft and G Suite applications, and ideally have knowledge of Open Accounts
You’re analytical, solutions-focused, and enjoy finding better ways to work
