About the Role:

The Housekeeper is a key role at the heart of the business, taking pride in maintaining the beautiful showroom to the highest standards. 

Key responsibilities include general cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and toilet areas), maintaining the coffee machine, managing cleaning supplies, and representing DFS values. 

The shift pattern is typically Monday–Friday, 8am–12pm, with occasional weekend and bank holiday work. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and lots of enthusiasm who enjoys interacting with colleagues and potential customers as part of a fun and friendly team

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensuring the showroom is presentable to the highest standards by cleaning, dusting and vacuuming.

  • Mopping floors and displaying floor signs where appropriate.

  • Cleaning toilet areas.

  • Maintaining the coffee machine.

  • Ensuring cleaning supply inventory is up to date.

  • Following a work rota and completing duties in order.

  • Representing DFS values and those of our brand partners in everything that you do.
