Your new role

Material Planner - Frames & ancillary components

Full time - 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 

Location - Bentley Moor Ln, Adwick le Street, Doncaster DN6 7BD

What you'll be doing

As our new Material Planner - Frames, you will support the category controller to ensure the right supply of materials, for all sites, in order to meet both the short and long term requirements of the business. Ensure the products are ordered efficiently and effectively and incoming material supply / schedules are shared with relevant stakeholders. Maintain operational information, reports and metrics and be in regular communication with our suppliers so they understand our future demand.

This role will predominantly support with frame components so a background in Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) and buying would be desirable but is not essential.
On occasion you may be required to travel between our sites in Alfreton, Doncaster, Long Eaton.

The role is for you if...

You have excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Able to manage and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Able to have difficult conversations with external suppliers
Ability to collate and present information and data
Can manage and prioritise workloads
Experience of working with an MRP system
Experience and understanding of Stock Control methods
3 years experience in a similar role (Desirable not essential)
