Digital has become a key focus for our business and is instrumental in driving our continued growth and position as market leader within home furniture, working across our range of brands. The successful candidate will therefore play an important role in helping to deliver our Paid Search proposition against pre-agreed KPIs, drive account optimisation and develop work to best-in-class industry standards.

 

 

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for the day to day optimisation of existing paid search campaigns, researching and developing new activity opportunities, owning A/B testing plans and looking to maximise the return on investment against the channel KPIs.

  • Take ownership of building, maintaining and optimising PPC campaigns – working to category specific ROAS targets and KPIs.

  • Actively develop ongoing A/B testing plans around ad copy, landing pages, images, etc. – looking to drive CTR & conversion rate.

  • Actively seek out new keyword opportunities using a variety of methods and tools.

  • Monitor and influence all aspects of bidding activity on PPC keywords and products, with a view to driving profit, whilst maintaining ROAS and ROI v targets.

  • Supporting the Paid Search Team and working in partnership with external agencies to achieve category and digital KPIs, calling out & looking to positively resolve changes in performance.

  • Taking pride and ownership of work to ensure all activity is being implemented to the highest standard and error free. 

  • Ensuring that reporting is kept up to date, calling out changes in performance to the PPC Manager and wider Paid Search Team

  • Conduct keyword research, testing and provide insight and analysis on the Paid Search activity to support other business functions

  • Knowledge of PPC is key for this role.

  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of the customer journey and wider role digital plays across omni-channel shopping behaviours.  

  • Proactive in bringing forward new ideas

  • Ability to work with our external partners to deliver efficient paid search activity in a customer led way.
