Product Administrator

Your new role

As a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with a passion for product excellence, you will join our fun and friendly Product Administration team and play an integral part. You will be assisting in the set up and pricing of clearance stock, allocating stock to orders and providing support regarding stock locations and availability. 

Offered on a Part Time basis working 3 days per week

What you'll be doing

Pricing all UK, Upholstery & Home in Author, ensuring all new price changes are completed using RPA to ensure there is a smooth campaign transition.

Assist in the setup and issue of all Clearance Head Office Markdowns to all Retail sections of DFS, creating the bundles for the website, including images, descriptions and pricing information. 

Allocate stock to orders containing Stocked items, on a regular basis.                               

Provide support to the group regarding Clearance products and Stocked models. 

Assist in allocating and distributing orders that have stock stored at other supply chain sources, namely being HDS. 

Provide support to users regarding stock locations and availability; making accurate amendments to the system where necessary. 

Allocating Carekits to transactional and eBay orders daily, and posting these out to customers on a weekly basis via Group Support Centre.

Provide stock sales updates to Management on a daily basis.

 Assist with any ad hoc tasks which may arise to assist in the support of clearance sales within DFS.

Ability to document processes and can look for ways to improve 

Able to work to deadlines and check your own work to ensure everything is right first time

Computer literate 

Able to prioritise workload and comfortable working to deadlines 

Can to take initiative and ownership of own workload 

Excellent eye for detail and ability to proof check to avoid customer impact 

Thrives under pressure in a dynamic environment and quickly identifies problems and implements recommended solutions

Enjoys working cross functionally by collaborating with our various commercial teams 

Previous experience of working in Retail Administration environment would be advantageous
