About the role:
Our Retail Support Operativeplay a vital role in facilitating the management and movement of stock within our showrooms. Working closely with the Branch General Manager, Store Teams and Distribution Centres, you will ensure a smooth transition of stock from the Distribution Centres to store and onto customers' homes. Updating stock systems and customers along the way.
Monday to Friday any 4 days from those 5 on the day 8am - 3.30pm

What you'll be doing:
Maintain a high level of attention to detail when organising and coordinating stock movements for customer deliveries.
Ensure all stock is handled accurately and efficiently to support timely and correct deliveries.
Deliver excellent customer service by demonstrating a positive, professional, and engaging attitude during all customer interactions.
Build strong relationships with customers by understanding, managing, and meeting their expectations effectively.
Carry out heavy manual lifting and safe movement of furniture and stock as part of daily responsibilities.
Work in a physically demanding environment that requires reliability, stamina, and safe handling practices.
A high attention to detail is a must as you will be organising the movement of stock for customer deliveries. During your interactions with customers you will need to demonstrate a positive and engaging personality to define and meet their expectations.
This role will require heavy manual lifting of furniture and movement of stock.
