Job Summary

The Service Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring that service parts are managed, tracked, and delivered efficiently across the business. This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and communication throughout the service parts process—from initial request to dispatch and receipt. Working closely with manufacturing sites, distribution centres, and key stakeholders, the role supports operational performance by identifying trends, resolving delays, and maintaining essential documentation and certifications. Additionally, the position leads a small team of service operatives, promoting a quality-focused and well-organised service environment that meets the evolving needs of the business.


Responsibilities / Accountabilities:


  • The raising and coordinating of service parts expedited within the required lead time of the business

  • Ensure that service parts are fully accounted for and administered throughout the whole process, from raising to dispatch and arrival at the CDC or required store

  • Ensure delays are communicated in a timely manner from factory through to the relevant stakeholders

  • Accurate reporting of data, and ensuring the data is accurate in itself

  • Being able to identify trends that may occur within the service data

  • Ensuring an effective working service team, making sure performance throughout the sections is monitored and kept to a level that is required by the business

  • Fire certification is up to date and inline with Dfs due diligence policy

  • TRG is kept up to date with renewed information when required, and the data is uploaded when the window is open

  • Uploading of new materials to the TRG portal in line with NPI programs

  • Process plans throughout the manufacturing sites are up to date and accurate

  • Support the audit process throughout the manufacturing sites

  • Manage a small team of service operatives

Experience / Qualifications:

Upholstery production knowledge in reference to commodities and product make up
