Your new role
- Location - Group Support Centre, Doncaster/Hybrid
- Salary - Up to £35,000 experience depending + Bonus + Benefits
What you'll be doing
- Deliver best in class communications that are timely and personalised/relevant, and drive a constant test and learn approach to programmes
- Understand how to apply best in class customer segmentation and behavioural triggers to maximise comms effectiveness
- Build end to end journeys, including email, SMS and direct mail, but also website content and other channel inputs
- Deliver regular reporting and insights linked to CRM programmes and identify new opportunities
- Design and deliver a test and learn roadmap across channels and customer segments
- Build and maintain key relationships with internal and external teams, including wider marketing team, platform owners and external partners.
The role is for you if...
- Candidates should have some experience (1-3 years) in building and delivering CRM and customer communications across a range of channels, including email, SMS and direct mail
- Candidates should be a champion for excellence in managing customer data responsibly
- Candidates should be experienced in working with ESPs/ CDPs (Bloomreach experience would be a bonus)
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment, and with a test and learn mindset
- Track record of working with multiple stakeholders, internal and external to the organisation.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, and comfortable with handling data and reporting
- Photoshop/artworking/copywriting experience would be an advantage but not essential
