Group Regional Facilities Partner

Your new role

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Group Regional Facilities Partner to join our Property team. This field-based position is key to supporting our retail estate across multiple brands within the Group.

You'll work closely with our facilities management partners, contractors, and internal teams to ensure our sites are safe, compliant, and running smoothly – driving performance, solving problems, and keeping everything on track.

What you'll be doing

As Group Regional Facilities Partner, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out regular site visits across the Group’s retail estate, producing detailed reports and gathering key asset data.
  • Monitoring contractor performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs to maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Managing the day-to-day repair and maintenance budget (both opex and capex), ensuring efficient and cost-effective spend.
  • Reviewing and approving contractor quotes, ensuring compliance and value for money.
  • Ensuring all contractors and service providers comply with health & safety and environmental standards while on site.
  • Acting as the first point of escalation for any operational or contractor-related issues on site, working closely with senior stakeholders to reach effective resolutions.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders across the Group to keep site teams informed of scheduled works, planned visits, and other relevant updates.
  • Supporting the Head of Estates in managing operational events and issues across the portfolio.
  • Coordinating with Project Managers and our Facilities Contract Manager to support new installations and site openings, ensuring documentation is transferred and deadlines are met.
  • Raising and managing work orders with contractors and supply partners, tracking jobs through to successful completion.
  • Monitoring central facilities software platforms and resolving alerts or escalations in a timely manner.
  • Keeping our central certification portal updated with all necessary documentation and compliance certificates.
  • Providing regular updates to the wider Property team about operational matters and site performance.

The role is for you if...

  • You’re a natural relationship-builder who works well with colleagues and stakeholders at every level
  • You communicate clearly, confidently, and know how to navigate complex conversations
  • You’re passionate about delivering excellent service and creating well-run, customer-ready spaces
  • You’re experienced in working with third-party contractors and know how to hold them to account
  • You stay calm under pressure and have a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset
  • You’re organised, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • You have a solid understanding of health & safety and compliance within a facilities or estates setting
  • You can work independently, take ownership and follow projects through from start to finish
  • You’re tech-savvy with strong admin skills and attention to detail
  • You enjoy being part of a team and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
