Your new role
You will support the efficient and accurate handling of all service parts — from receipt, collation, and quality control through to dispatch to customers and Customer Distribution Centres (CDCs). The role ensures that every part is handled safely, securely, and in line with company policies, with minimal handling and accurate processing.
What you'll be doing
- Receive and check incoming parts, reconciling them against digital manifests.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure parts are correct to order and free from defects, escalating issues when identified.
- Accurately process and record movements in the warehouse management system for full visibility and tracking.
- Pick, wrap, and package parts securely for dispatch to customers and CDCs.
- Move parts between designated CDC areas, ensuring smooth flow and safe handling.
- Maintain the warehouse area in an organised, tidy, and hazard-free condition at all times.
- Follow Health & Safety procedures, including safe lifting, storage, and movement of parts.
- Support accurate in-stock levels by reporting shortages or discrepancies to the Team Leader.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, Customer Teams, and suppliers to resolve issues such as missed, lost, or delayed parts.
- Ensure parts are dispatched quickly, cost-effectively, and in a condition that meets customer expectations.
