Your new role
What you'll be doing
- You will represent the Store Format Team in all campaign / NPD meetings with the Marketing and Commercial teams, to ensure we have consistent communications through the line and support the In Store Communications Manager to ensure that these communications will be aligned to the overall annual marketing plan and wider business strategies
- Responsible for coordinating Visual Merchandising packs for all NPD launches (DFS, Exclusive Brands, Extended Distribution). You will ensure timely input from all store format team disciplines to ensure distribution to stores. Working closely with In Store Communications Manager and Retail to develop ways of working to evolve communications
- Responsible for ensuring the timely implementation and ongoing development of all digital content for In Store working in conjunction with the relevant agencies
- Support the In Store Comms Manager in the development of the Store Format Strategy communications
- You will manage the budget for campaign comms and feed into In Store Comms Manager monthly finance meeting
- You will maintain the strong relationships with other internal stakeholder teams (namely Marketing, Commercial and Retail Ops) and work closely with all in store agencies

- Ability to build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Experience of writing, managing and delivering comms for store environment or similar
- Experience of briefing a design studio and/or creative process execution
- Proactive team player able to work individually and as part of a team.
- Confident in dealing with stakeholders at a senior level
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Good understanding of database management
- Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing (retail preferred) working with creative agencies
- Good knowledge of Google Suite especially Google Sheets
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
